queXF An Open Source, web based paper form verification and data entry system

queXF forms are creating using queXML. A questionnaire is designed in XML, then exported to a PDF file using the queXML stylesheets, and some associated software (Apache FOP)

The fastest way to get a form ready to use with queXF is to use the queXML Tools. These tools are a web based installation of queXML and Apache FOP, which will produce a PDF file simply by uploading a valid queXML file.
